• Minimum Guest Requirement: Our Moraine Lake & Lake Louise shuttle service requires a minimum of 4 guests to depart. If this minimum is not met, we will contact you to arrange alternative options or process a full refund.

• Punctual Departure: All shuttle services depart promptly at 8:00 AM. We kindly request that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to ensure a timely departure.

  • 8:00 AM: Depart from the Crowfoot LRT Park & Ride

  • 10:30 AM: Arrive at Lake Louise (90-minute stop)

  • 12:00 PM (Noon): Depart from Lake Louise

  • 12:30 PM: Arrive at Moraine Lake (2.5-hour stop)

  • 3:00 PM: Depart from Moraine Lake

  • 5:30 PM: Arrive back in Calgary

• Service Type - Transportation Only: This shuttle service provides comfortable transportation to and from your destinations. It is a direct transport service and does not include a guided trip or tour at either Lake Louise or Moraine Lake. For guided experiences, please inquire about our Guided Hiking Tours or Tour Plus options.

• Full Refund: Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled departure time will receive a full refund.

• No Refund: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure.
